Shipping Policy

At Edorement, we aim to provide our customers with excellent service, including fast and reliable delivery of our beautiful jewelry. Here is our shipping policy:

Shipping Method

• Standard parcels: Small orders are shipped in letterbox parcel format. This means your package is delivered straight into your letterbox and you do not need to be home to receive it. These parcels also come with a Track & Trace code.

• Large orders: Orders too large for a letterbox parcel are shipped via the standard parcel service, which also includes a Track & Trace code.

Processing and Shipping

• We aim to ship orders placed on business days before 12:00 the same day. 

• Orders placed after 12:00 are often shipped the next business day.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed and shipped the next business day.

Shipping Costs

• For orders within Europe, the shipping cost is €4,95.

• For orders over €50,- we offer free shipping to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Spain. 

• Orders outside Europe have different shipping costs. You can see these per country before the checkout process as soon as you enter your address. 

Delivery Time

• Shipments within the Netherlands: PostNL aims to deliver your package within 1-2 business days in the Netherlands. Please keep in mind that delays beyond our control can occur, especially during busy periods such as public holidays. 

• Shipments within Europe: the delivery times of Deutsche Post are: 

Western Europe: 2 - 6 business days *
Rest of the World: 5 - 12 business days *
Australia & New Zealand: 12 - 42 business days 

* The transit times apply under normal circumstances. Extreme weather or other unforeseen events can cause delays. Please keep in mind that a shipment can sometimes take a few weeks longer to arrive.

Shipping Confirmation

• As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with the Track & Trace code so you can follow your package.
