Refund policy

At Edorement, we do everything we can to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible return and refund policy. Please read the details of our policy below.

Return Period:

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason. The return period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, physically receives the goods.

Conditions for Returns:

  • The jewelry must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
  • The jewelry must not be worn, damaged, or altered.
  • Personalized jewelry (such as engraved items) cannot be returned.

Return Process:

  1. Return Request: Send an email to our customer service at support@edorement.com within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Instructions: You will receive return instructions and a return form from us.
  3. Shipping: Carefully package the jewelry and include the completed return form. Send the package via a traceable shipping method to the return address provided by us. As the sender, you are responsible, and we want to avoid any misunderstandings, so it is necessary to return the items with Track & Trace. Return shipping costs are at your expense.
  4. Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive a confirmation email.

Refund Policy:

  • Refund Processing Time: After receiving and inspecting the returned jewelry, we aim to process your refund within 14 business days.
  • Refund Method: The refund will be issued through the same payment method used for the original purchase. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take a few days for the refund to appear in your account.

Shipping Costs:

  • Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Original Order Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable, except in cases where we have made an error with your order or the product is defective.

Exchanging a Product:

If you have ordered an item but would like to exchange it for another item, please return the relevant item within the return period and place a new order on the website.
