Shipping policy

At Edorement, we strive to provide our customers with excellent service, including fast and reliable delivery of our beautiful jewelry. Here is our shipping policy:

Shipping Method

Standard packages: Small orders are shipped via DHL letterbox package. This means your package will be delivered directly to your mailbox, and you don't need to be at home to receive it. These packages also come with a Track & Trace code.
Large orders: Orders that are too large for a letterbox package are shipped via the standard PostNL parcel service, which also includes a Track & Trace code.

Processing and Shipping

Orders placed on weekdays before 16:00 will be shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 16:00 will be shipped the next business day.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

Shipping Costs

For orders within the Netherlands, shipping costs are €4.95.
For orders over €50, we offer free shipping within the Netherlands.
Orders outside the Netherlands have different shipping costs, which will be shown at checkout.

Delivery Time
PostNL aims to deliver your package within 1-2 business days. However, please note that delays may occur beyond our control, especially during busy periods such as holidays.

International Shipping Options
Edorement ships worldwide via PostNL. Each country has its own shipping policy and timeline through PostNL, with varying shipping costs depending on the country.

Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the PostNL Track & Trace code, so you can track your package.

Returns and Exchanges
If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, please refer to our return policy for more information on how to return or exchange an item.
