Absolutely! We ship globally. The shipping fees will be added at the checkout stage.

It depends on your location. Orders placed before 16:30 are shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 16:30 will be shipped the next business day. Packages are usually sent as letterbox parcels. Delivery details and a possible Track & Trace can be found in the confirmation email.

The shipping costs for letterbox delivery within the Netherlands are €4.95. Orders over €49.95 are shipped for free. Shipping to Belgium costs €7.75. European shipping costs €12.95, and international shipping costs €19.95.

We accept payments from Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact, iDeal, and Klarna.

After receiving your order, you have a 14-day cooling-off period. Within these 14 days, you can return your order if it is unworn and/or undamaged.

The return costs are at your own expense and depend on the shipping carrier you use. If you would like to return a product, please email us, and we will send you further instructions.

If you would like to exchange an item, we kindly ask you to return the order and place a new order for the desired item.

When you return an item, the purchase amount will be refunded to your bank account. If you paid with a credit card, the amount will be credited back to it. If you (partially) paid for your order with a gift card, you will receive a new digital gift card with the corresponding value of that part of the purchase.

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email. After processing the return, we aim to refund the amount to your account within 14 business days.

Edorement offers a 6-month warranty on discoloration of the jewelry. This warranty does not apply if the jewelry has been used improperly.
